Hi, is it essential to enclose a packing slip in every parcel and how do I remove my e-mail address form same packing slip?

Hi Inukshuk,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit or remove the email address section on the packing slip when you are printing it for an item sold through your eBay and PayPal accounts. I will advise however that it is not a requirement for a seller to send a packing slip when selling items in order to be covered under our Seller Protection Policy. It is up to the seller themselves if they wish to provide this information to the buyer with the item that is being posted. Some customers may feel that it is providing better customer service which is fully understandable.

If you are not comfortable with having your email address sent to your buyer's on a packing slip, you could copy the information that you can see on the packing slip before you print it and then paste the information on a word document. You should then have the ability to remove any fields that you wish before printing the packing slip to have sent off to your buyer with the package.
