I have a dispute with an ebay member who won an item I was auctioning...delivery was attempted twice by the courier but the recipient was not at home to receive his item....I have had to pay £24 to have the item sent back to myself....the winning bidder is now asking for a full refund including P&P....I am prepared to refund him for the item but not the P&P....where do I stand ....can anyone help....PLEASE?????

Hi there, I had to change my ebay and paypal address recently but couldn't change it on some items already sold so the payments didn't go into my paypal account. I contacted the buyers and asked them to cancel the payments and make new ones to my updated e-mail - which they have done BUT the payments are still not in my account!!!!! I have been doing e-bay now for about 12 months and haven't had any problems with payments before - can anyone HELP ???? (p.s. I really need to get a life - ha ha !!!) Hi, I spoke to a guy at PayPal and found out I wasn't receiving payments because I had changed my e-mail address on the account! Apparantly to get your payments the e-mail address on your account has to be the same as on your listing or the money goes to the wrong e- mail and you won,t receive it - so make sure that the e- mail address on your paypal account and the one on your listings on e bay are exactly the same. Hope this helps, I finally got my money :))

Hi, I'm new to all this but I think you have to upgrade your paypal account to receive certain payments ie from credit cards. I 've just upgraded to a premium account and hopefully this will resolve the problem, just be careful because there are charges for receiving these types of payments, check it out in the FEES section at the bottom of the page. Hope this helps 🙂

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem, my e-mails tell me the payment has been made but it's not showing in my account! Do you have to upgrade your account to receive payments?
