Not receiving emails from PayPal

Hi folks

We've been operating paypal on our website for a fair few years now, and in general very few issues.

However about 2 weeks ago, we stopped receiving payment confirmation emails.

I've checked my account settings - they are set up with the correct email addresses - I've tested the email accounts - no errors, and we're receiving all the other emails with no problems. They aren't going to spam, they simply aren't being received.

Is the issue at PayPal's end, because it's not at ours!

We haven't received any of our payment notifications either, since Friday. We're in the US.

It's a pain checking our eBay "Sold" listings every few minutes to make sure I don't miss any.  Any ETA at getting this problem solved, Paypal?

We've got the same problem - no email confirmations being received.

My emails go via an email account used only for Paypal traffic and get forwarded from there.  No sign of incoming emails to that account.  I'm hoping this will rectify itself soon ..

We use Wordpress to auto-enrol buyers (who complete their Paypal payments) on our courses.  One such purchase, registered as completed in Wordpress, did not then auto-enrol.  That system appears to work now.  Probably a unique glitch, or perhaps a related issue?  Auto-enrolment working now.

Now I am getting SOME of the notifications, but randomly there are many I am not receiving.  And then they are sending me some OLD ones from last week ....which aren't even relevant anymore.

Come ON Paypal, this is completely unprofessional.

Nothing new to add, just the fact that we are experiencing the same problem. And so is my friend. Since 16 October 2016 (Bangkok time), suddenly the notification emails stopped coming in.

Now today we received two delayed notifications, but still quite a few payments received for which we did not receive any notification!
It meant I was woken up early this morning by an angry client asking why nobody has shown up. I told that we had not received a payment so assumed they had decided not to use our service. But then he told he had proof that he had paid. Did a thorough search in my email inbox but found nothing. Then I logged into paypal to find out he had indeed paid the day before, but we had not received the notification message from Paypal. And it turned out we had received multiple payments without receiving notification.

Hope this will be solved soon, because we are relying on these notification emails...

Well - I just got one notification (out of 27). Ha! I guess progress is being made somewhere.

Same problem here for the last 2 days.  Very frustrating trying to track order payments.  I got a couple come through together about 8 hours ago (from orders paid for yesterday), but still many payment notification emails missing, and certainly not fixed.
