I purchased 2 items on 5/8/12. 1 item has already been dispatched. Paypal have sent an email to me, to confirm I have been charged for 2 items. 1 product still shows on Ebay as "pay Now" for the item and the seller is saying they do not have the funds and wont dispatch. What can I do?
Ebay advised me to mark the item as "Paid" . I did this and this evening I had an email from the seller to confirm dispatch. Usually when I pay through paypal, it shows as paid on the sellers item as paid automatically. The seller has also not been very communicative, however the issue now seems to be resolved.
I really appreciate your help in the matter and now I know how helpful this forum is, I will certainly use it again
