Hi can anyone help me i very unfairly just lost a claim against me today, Buyer bought an iphone off me on the 2nd June mesaaged me through ebay to say everything was fine ( phone had a new screen fitted, listed as used and was working .) a month later she decides it now doesn't work. I have been keeping paypal up to date with all required information. My list contained info that a new screen was fitted. Yet because of what happened with a month of it being ok i now have to accept back a phone that was fully working to now uselss, i have to refund her, her money beacuse apparently i didn't list the speaker mic was broken, I didn't list that because it wasn't broken! the phone was bubble wrapped and in a box how can 1 month later i be forced to pay to repair a phone i didn't break because she's won't!. I feel totally robbed here, i've had to endure messages from her and her family and threatening to ruin my ebay feedback.

I beieve she has abused the buyer protection that is offered,  innocent sellers get punished and charged because someone knows how to milk the ebay system, so so wrong and unfair.

Because she won this case i've been hearing about a strike against your account what is this??? anyone help with any of the above please
