PayPal gateway rejected the request. Declined: 15005-This transaction cannot be processed.

Hi there,

I have searched PayPal for an indication of what this message means.

We have a potential customer, and we keep getting the above message back form our system..
Can anyone help please?

Hey there,

 

It sounds like the buyers card may be being declined their bank. They will need to speak to the Online Authorisation Department at their bank to sort this issue out.

I keep receiving the message paypal gateway declined 10534.

 

We called the creditcard company and they say they have not received any attempts to charge the card so they did not decline anything.  What can I do?  I am not even trying to go through paypal.
