I can't add my card?

I'm not entirely sure when, but i set up an account a while back, and added my visa card to that account. I can no longer access that account, even if i go through the password recovery. So i decided to make a new account but now it wont let me add my card to that account. So i i am now unable to use paypal.

So what i need to know is, can i retreive my information for my original account any way that is not automated? ie recovery email?

is there a way i can actually be able to add my card to my new account?

Yes, you can call us. This way we can ask you some security questions & help you get access to the old account to remove the card.

I have tried to add my card to my paypal account, but it says it is linked to another account and I have no idea which one it is, as it was so long ago I have no recollection of any details.  I only have one account so can not use another.  How can I amend this??  How do I contact you??

My best advice for you is to try contacting us directly so that we can look into this for you. If you try clicking the Contact Us icon and then the Call Us option, you will be able to contact customer services directly.
