Hi I have a person who has subscribed to my Bible Crosswords on an annual basis. They no longer wish to subscribe, I have suggested they cancel their subscription, but they have come back and asked me to cancel it for them.
I have searched but all I can find is cancelling your own subscription, is there a way I can cancel one of my subscribers?

Hi there Jimsaxton,
You can cancel a 'Payment Agreement' on a merchant-by-merchant basis as follows:
1. Log in to your account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3. Click ‘Pay List’ link under ‘Financial Information’.
4. Find the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel.
5. Click on the merchant's name or email address.
6. Click ‘Cancel’.
I hope this helps,
David.
