I am complaining about being charged from EBay Sarl and they have taken money out of the bank without my agreement, I am considering deleting EBay now it's a con k Rylance
I've been charged as well from eBay europe sarl without my knowledge and I can't remember accepting any terms & condition where I had agreed to pay. Could you please let me know why we got charged of £16.77 under eBay Europe sarl and plus every product we sell eBay charge it's money seprately. Example; when we advertise something, eBay fee will be 50p or £1 but after selling the product we ended up paying £5 or £4 of the fee which I can't figure out the percentage. If it will keep happening that I been charged forcefully monthly fee and on the top selling charges then I might end up closing my account permanently as can't afford to pay too many hidden charges. Please look into my account and make sure I don't get forcefully charged for this monthly fee's and unauthorised selling fee. Looking forward for your prompt reply, Thanks.
Hi kari-mali When u list an item u pay for the listing unless it's a free listing day to Ebay or 99p or under. When you sell an item you pay Ebay Sarl that is the selling fees for any items you have sold taken once a month, you are given notice when it is due. If you don't pay before the invoice is due they take it on the due date. When you sign up with ppal you agree to these terms. You can find out the fees charges by clicking "fees" at the bottom of the ppal website. When you sell an item and are paid by ppal ppal also take a percentage when you receive payment. Everyone selling on Ebay pay the same fees to Ebay/ Ppal and Ebay Sarl.
