I have the same problem as you guys. Paypal even write in letters that have already sent deposits to my bank account on 3days ago. I checked on my statement and call to the bank. And bank confirmed that there are no deposits from Paypal at all. So it doesn't take 2-3 days like paypal said. And can't trust what paypal said that "have sent". And now it's delay and frustrated and my friend in another country is waiting for item from ebay with hopeful and need to use it soon. Disappointed.

I agree. i have spent a considerable amount of time trying to get my pay pal account verified. As others I am new to ebay. I registered on 5th jan2011 and today 14jan 20011, i am still waiting. I am finding the whole process deeply frustrating and contemplating packing the whole thing in and going to car boot. I have tried all avenues to resolve this matter, i have received a questionaire from ebay asking for feedback from my robot "conversation" ( which got me nowhere ) to which I had to give a negative reply. I have finally sent an email this morning after once again spending an inordinate amount of time trawling through reams of unhelpful info. and going in ever decreasing circles to find an email contact. waiting for reply.

Hi Guys,
If you initiated the two random deposits and five working days have passed, you should have received them on your bank statement by now.
When the deposits are sent they are sent separately and both deposits will be between 1p and 99p.
If you have contacted your bank and/or received your bank statement and the amounts are not showing, you may have incorrect bank information registered with PayPal. Please double check your bank account information. If the bank account information is incorrect, you can remove it and re-add the correct bank account information. To remove your bank account please click on the Profile tab on the account overview screen of your PayPal account and then click on bank account. You will then be given the option to remove and re-add with the correct information.
I hope this helps

I'm prepared to try anything. What I dont understand is how you allowed me to sell an item last week I've paid e-bay for selling it does this not mean that I'm verified

Hi guys,
I realise that trying to verify your account may be frustrating. What you should do is go to the Account Overview page on your PayPal account. From here, you will then see your balance information in the centre of the screen. On the top of this box, you will see a 'View Limits' option in blue. By pressing this, you will be able to see the different limits on your account and also how you can complete the different steps in order to have them lifted.
I hope this helps,
David.
