Error message when logging into PayPal

Hey,

Since today I've been getting errors when trying to log into my Paypal account. I get a 502 Proxy Error which reads like this:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /webapps/customerprofile/summary.view.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Anyone know what is wrong and how I can fix it? Thanks!

Hi Eenuh,

Are you trying to login to your PayPal account by using a Proxy service? If you are, you should try logging in to your account without doing this and this should resolve the current problem that you are having.

If you aren't using a Proxy service when logging in to your PayPal account, you should try using a different web browser to try and login to your PayPal account. You should also try clearing your temporary internet files and restarting your computer. This could also assist you in logging in without any difficulties.
