When I first signed up for PAYPAL I inadvertantly put the wrong E-mail address in. SInce then, 3 months ago, I have tried and tried to get my primary one (the incorrect one) changed to the correct one. The page will not allow me to do it. I have E-mailed PAYPAL on at least 10 x's and never received a reply although I have specifically told them in that E-mail of the address they will HAVE to send ANY reply to or I shall NOT get their reply. So far they have not replied.

How can I get PAYPAL to change my original (WRONG!) E-mail address to the correct one. All other details are correct and I'm wondering if having a wrong address is any problem. Can I buy/sell with an incorrect E-mail address??

Hi mate, ive only been on here a month, and ive learnt pretty quickly that any e-mails i send to paypal are never replied to. You might want to try press the complain about paypal link, or just close ur account and open a new 1 with ur correct e-mail address. believe me pal, paypal is the worst site ive ever been on as customer service doesnt seem to exist, unless you want to phone them ( in Luxumberg ), at some extortion rate. I would just open a new account mate. Good luck.
