Different email address

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me please. A buyer has sent me money, however he has sent it to a different email address of mine. It's an email address which is mine but not registered to paypal. How do I retrieve this money? Thanks

You can have up to 8 email addys on the x1 paypal account.

 

Go to your profile tab and add the other email addy > verify it and the funds should come with it.

Hi, thanks for that. I've confirmed it but that status now says unverified and the payment isn't showing??

Kernowlass is right.

 

Typically when a payment is not visible in your account, it has been sent to an old or different email address.

 

When you add this email address to your account and confirm you own it, the payment is usually then posted to your balance.

 

I suggest you give us a quick call via the contact us link so we can help you locate the payment.
