Cant send money

Suddenly when trying to send money it is asking me to add funds - normally it took from my debit card, but now it is asking me to add funds.

So I add funds.

I get a message that the funds are in and when I log on then it shows my balance.

I try send one third of that balance and again it asks me to add funds!

What is going on here?

And Louise tells me to seek some options that do not appear anywhere on my screens!
