PAYPAL INABILITY TO SEND A EMAIL, TO BE CONFIRMED, SO THAT INVOICE CAN BE SENT..!!!

Hi Guys,
I'm a first time user of PayPal, and to be honest this will be the last time I use this service, I use the term service in a very loose way as the so called service I have received is an absolute joke, what a shambles this service is, totally incompetent.
I prepared a invoice to be sent out, to be informed that they would send me a email to confirm my email before the invoice could be sent, for security reasons, all well and good, except they haven't sent me an email to confirm my email address, so I can't send out my invoice, which is now stuck in draft only. I sent them an email, which to there credit they responded to immediately, shame it wasn't on the topic I emailed them about, so finally and running out of patience I asked there online vitualy customer service, have you ever tried having a conversation with a computer..Please, once again it didn't answer my specific question, just a question totally unrelated to my query. Well, enough is enough, time to find a company who can handle online payments in a competent and professional manner, thanks for nothing PayPal, your no pal of mine.
So it's goodbye from me and goodluck, you'll need it using this service.

Been iwth them 10 years never a problem.
If you can't find your confirmation email check the junk folder in your emails.
