Cant send money via paypal please help URGENT!

Hello basically ive been trying for the past hour to pay for items/send money to people using my paypal account and its simply not letting me whenever i try to do so i am presented with an error and no details as to why im getting said error. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

As this is an account problem you need to contact customer services as no one here can view your account.

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
