I recently received a payment of £140, which paypal has credited to my account, less the charge, so that I get about £135. Then for some reason it has conmverted it into US dollars at a disadvantageous exchange rate. When i try to withdraw it into my account, it converts it back and offers me £120. I didn't ever want it in US dollars. Can I have it back in pounds please?
