Cant Pay

i cant pay with paypal (Not credit card) becouse im getting this error

Return to merchant and try a different payment method!

Anyway to fix it?

What funding source are you trying to pay with and what funding sources do you have linked to your paypal account??

OK then do you have a debit or credit card added to your paypal account AS WELL??

No.I dont have debit/credit card.

OK thats a problem then because paypal won't let you use funds in your paypal account balance UNLESS you have a back up funding source attached to your paypal account as well ie debit or credit card.

Hi I've added my bank account and verified it set it as my back up funding source but when I go to pay it won't let me? And if I want to add money it tells me to bank transfer throu my own bank ?
