South Korea is one of the many countries that PayPal offers is services in. I would suggest that you check with the person that you are sending the money to, to ensure that they have a PayPal account. You may not be able to send in Korean won and if you are not given this option you can send your payment in great British pounds and it can be converted when it is received in to the Korean account.
