Bought a prepaid credit card, used once on Paypal, now Paypal won't let me use it again!!!!!

I bought a prepaid credit card, paid $3.00 for it,  put money on it,  used it ONCE to pay for a VERY small ebay purchase, used it on ONE paypal account, I know which paypal account I used it on, I have 2 paypal accounts.

Now, tried to use it to send a small amount of money, Paypal says it is "linked to a different paypal account" and I can't use it!

It's NOT linked to a different paypal account,  I don't have ANY credit cards linked at ALL to my 2 paypal accounts.

So I tried using it on my ONLY other paypal account, it says the same thing, that I can't use it because it's linked to another paypal account.

It's a PREPAID card,  why why why why??????????

You state you used it on one PayPal account, the card will now be registered to that account, so that is the only account you can use it on. One card, one PayPal account.
