I posted a complaint yesterday and I really shouldn't have. Every single time I have had a problem the PayPal Advantage team has gone out of their way to help me solve it and I'm not kidding. Last week I was flying my 16 year old daughter back to her H.S. boarding school. She's an artist and chose to move to the middle of the country where it's cold. 🙂 I'm a CA girl. Ha. Anyway they had wifi on the plane and it was a long flight and I shopped online with my PayPal Business Mastercard. Well I guess that locked up the system because I was probably 30,000 feet and moving pretty fast over different states. I had a quick stop over and I needed my card working by the next flight, so I was running with my daughter through the Minneapolis airport talking to support and the woman was wonderful. She was trying so hard to unlock the system so my card would work by the time I got on the next plane and she did it!
They have always gone a step beyond like that for me so when I complained about being uninvited to the dinner it really wasn't fair because I hadn't let them give their side and they called me right away yesterday and it was just as I imagined. The computer was supposed to cut it off at a certain point. I know the hotel well and it has limited room for banquets. My sister was married there. Not only that they aren't just sending a jacket they are going to have another event for us at the same place. As usual they were gracious, helpful and prompt. So I need to learn to stop whining. I don't know where that came from. I love this program and I apologize to the members and the staff.
