i downloaded payment 17/5 to bank hasnt yet cleared

i downloaded a payment on 17/5 to my bank account,it showed complated on saturday but still isnt in bank,any ideas the account/card are correct

A withdrawal should take 2-3 working days to process through to your bank account.

If your bank account rejects a transfer the funds will be sent back to your PayPal balance and we will notify you. If your withdrawal has still not cleared I would advise that you call us directly and we can trace the funds.
