I added some prepaid Mastercards to my account but when I go to withdraw money it says I have no balance to withdraw does anyone know how to withdraw money from prepaid cards?

Depending on the country your PayPal Account is located in will depend on what withdrawal options are available to you. The majority of countries cannot withdraw to a MasterCard. Please log into your PayPal Account, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Fees". There is an option in this section to choose Withdrawal and it will show what options are available to you.
