I use UK paypal, but i dont live in UK anymore and i dont have UK bank card.i want to send some money from this paypal to Romania paypal, but im not sure how to can i withdraw the money from Romania paypal after????! I have master card, can i add this to the Bank account, and withdraw money like that??
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

If you have opened a Romanian account you can transfer your money from your UK account there. In order to then withdraw the money you will need to add a Visa card to your account. I am afraid that a MasterCard cannot be used to withdraw money. If you have a business account you will be able to add a local bank account for withdrawals but that bank account would need to be in the business name.
How can I withdraw my money on romanian visa card? It's already linked and accepted but I don't find the option the withdraw on the card, it only says to withdraw on the bank account ( and I already know that you can only link a US bank account ) so I am trying to withdraw on the card, is it possible?

If you don't have a business bank account you can use a Visa debit or credit card to withdraw money from your PayPal account. This should be a card issued by your bank not a virtual card.
Hello! I am also struggling with withdrawing money from my Romanian Paypal account. I see that it's impossible to link my credit card to a bank account as of now, but how can I withdraw money using a Visa credit/debit card? When pressing the Withdraw funds button, this is the message that I get: "You'll need to add a bank account". Please provide a solution to this issue.
