Interesting and mysterious things, problems with Added Money and with PayPal Activity

Dear PayPal Community!
Yesterday was really good present for me. I wanted to "Add Money" (from my Bank Account) to my PayPal balance.
Fist of all, I visited my Bank Account website, I made a payment for my saved PayPal's address. I'm think about the Sort Code, Account Number and Customer Reference/ID...
After the "Added Money" as always I got a notification e-mail from the PayPal about the Bank Account Transfer:
Bank Account Transfer Complete
Dear MY-NAME,
The transfer of funds from your bank account to your PayPal account for the amount of MY-AMOUNT GBP is now complete. The funds are now reflected in your PayPal account balance.
Yours sincerely,
Your PayPal team
After the e-mail I checked my PayPal balance and my balance was 0.00 GBP.
I'm always get the money immediately! But no problem, I'm started the wait.
I'm wait around 1 day and not happened anything.
I'm checked my Bank Account Activity/History, the amount has been sent sucesfully!
Okey, after this, I'm checked my PayPal Activity and here is the 2nd present. My PayPal's Activity is EMPTY... I see only just 2 activity things from 2016 and no more from year 2017. What is it??? I'm did almost 10x activity things in year 2017 but now EMPTY...
Okey, I called the PayPal Customer Service.
They told me:
We sorry, but we not seeing anything, you need to talk with your Bank.
Okey, after that I called my Bank:
We sorry, the payment, the money send was sucesfully, everything was OK, you need to talk with the PayPal.
Excuse me, Where is my money? The payment was OK, I got e-mail about the sucesfully transfer from PayPal but my PayPal Balance is 0.00 GBP, My PayPal Activity/History is empty? Where is my Activity/History from previous months?
Sorry but I really do not understand. Nobody know anything and I have not got money and my PayPal Activity/History is empty.
If someone can help me please let me know.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
If you topped up more than 3 working days ago and the money is not showing in your PayPal balance, we possibly didn’t receive all the required information from your bank.
Email us with the following details so that we can investigate the matter further.
- Transfer ID / Customer Reference ID:
- Date of Transfer:
- Amount and Currency of Transfer:
- Last 4 digits of Bank Account Number:
- Name of Banking Institution:
- Full Name of the Bank Account Holder:
- Method of Top Up (for example: online, through an ATM or bank) :
We will use this information to find your Top Up funds and if possible, add them to your PayPal balance. If incorrect or incomplete information was provided to your bank at the time of topping up, the transfer may fail. If this happens, your funds will be returned to your bank account within 10 working days. We will contact you by email as soon as we have found your Top Up.
PayPal will not charge any fees for failed Top Ups, however bank fees may apply. In this case, contact your bank.

- Click Help & Contact near the bottom of the page.
- Click Message Centre and follow the on-screen instructions. (Even if you're unable to log into your PayPal account, you can still send us a question. Under 'Unable to log in?' click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions).
