Will I get my fee back?

Today, I registered my prepaid visa card with paypal and it has charged £1 from me and I know that you get it back with a debit/credit card, but will I get it back with my prepaid visa card?

Also, when I try to buy something with paypay it declines. How can I fix this?

Edit: Yes, I think I have confirmed it but I'm not sure.

Your card would be confirmed when you entered the 4 digit code sent to your card statement.

You would be refunded if your pre-paid card can accept refunds.
