What are the banks in EGYPT that i can WITHDRAW money from Paypal on?

I live in Egypt but Paypal is blocked in almost all banks. I heard recently that Paypal removed all restrictions on Egypt but im not sure if that would make me be able to withdraw money from Paypal to an Egyptian card?
If someone is living in Egypt and has an Egyptian Visa card that they can withdraw money from Paypal on, please let me know about it.

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

Within Egypt you can withdraw to a U.S. Bank or Visa Card. At this time it is not possible to withdraw to a local bank.
