Hello, Just received this error message, I've tried to withdraw money from PayPal to my credit card and this error keeps showing up. The app is useless, it keeps asking me for the password time after time and won't log me in. Please let me know what should I do in order to withdraw my money

You can't withdraw funds to a card in the UK.

You can only withdraw to a bank account linked to your paypal account setting up the direct debit mandate.

Well as you are posting on  the UK forum it would have been helpful if you had mentioned that.
