I've hoping someone can help me with this problem, I lterally don't know where to turn now. I purchased an item on ebay quite a while ago and never received it, so naturally i'm wanting a refund for the item. Ebay has told me to resolve the problem with the seller, I'm unable to do that because the seller is offering absolutely no communication whatsoever and looks like a complete scammer in all honesty. Ebay is now telling me to receive my refund I will have to "You purchased this item as a PayPal guest user and will need to contact PayPal directly by going through theirResolution Centre." Now thats all well and good, but when I go there paypal has no record of the transaction so I cant despute it, i'm trying to resolve the problem but it feels lke i'm going round in circles. I have rung paypal but their service is an absolute joke and doesn't seem to be working at all for me, so I have left several messages that never get replys despite a guarantee of a reply within 24 hours. I purchased the item using my own Mastercard as far as i'm aware it has literally nothing to do with paypal. If someone could shed some light on this, that would be great.
