Two small deposits in my bank account. HELP!!

I have linked my bank account into my PayPal account, and I waited for the 2 small deposits to show up. Now it's been 2 days, and when I try to confirm them, I get this. 

"The account you entered would need additional review. Please link a different bank account.

If you would still like to use this bank account, you may fax us a copy of the bank statement with the two amounts PayPal deposited in your bank account shown and a copy of your driver's license or other photo I.D. You must use this form for your fax cover sheet and send the fax to (402) 537-5780."

Please help me, why does this occur? How do I fix it? And if I can't, is there any way else I can verify my PayPal account without a CC? Thanks.

Hi there m1294829334,

It sounds like you have entered the codes incorrectly 3 times and your bank has been disabled.

If you email us directly we can re-enable the bank account for you however you will need to add it to your account again & request the deposits again.

Hi there Steff1711,

You click on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of your PayPal account and then 'Email Us', this will link your email directly to your account.
