Transfer Difference Time? AM/PM

Dear PayPal,

My girlfriend has been with paypal for well over 3 years doing the odd bit of eBay-ing, thats buying and selling. She normally does small transfers and waits a week or so for them.

But today she has requested to use Faster Withdrawal with the £5.00 fee, after reading about the internet people never seem to receive their money within 1-2 days?. I understand about clearing times, and if you do them after (usually 3:30pm) they move onto the next day so in real life terms, it can potentially take 3 working days.

My question is, we have requested the move today at 12:57 on the 2/12/2010, obviously this is still showing as Pending, but have we managed to transfer in time to hit her Lloyds TSB Bank account today or Tomorrow?.

Hi there Willsmith,

What you are saying is correct, if you withdraw funds from your PayPal account to your bank account before 1pm in the afternoon, the funds should start processing the same day. The vast majority of withdrawal's that are sent to customers accounts go through within the specified timeframe however there are small numbers of these types of withdrawals that may not go through in the timeframe outlined .

If your withdrawal doesn't complete processing within the 1-2 working days as you have paid £5.00 GBP, you should contact Customer Services directly by clicking the 'Contact Us' link and we can investigate it further for you. If we see that your refund did not process within the 1-2 working days, we can then refund the £5.00 GBP withdrawal fee back to your account for you.
