Withdrawing from PayPal to bank account isn't happening! Even though account confirmed etc

I've added and confirmed bank account and PayPal says I have £90 in it. When I try to transfer that money ( or any amount) I just keep getting the message 'we're sorry. We weren't able to process your request. Please try again later.' It's been going on for weeks. I've removed and re added the account and confirmed it again as advised by PayPal telephone help - still the same! The hours...! This is a business ( charity) account if that makes any difference. Can anyone enlighten me as to what may be the problem please!
