Cannot make a payment

I get "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." when trying to make a payment with a confirmed bank. Why? I have never had problems before. What is wrong? Why is this happening?

Could be to do with who you are paying / how you are paying etc etc.

The number is there, I click on help / contact > then the contact customer services option and the telephone number and code is on the next page.

Yours 'vanishes' how very odd.
I have posted how to contact customer services by phone zillions of times and you are the first person that can't 'find it' or it 'vanishes'.
So I think my facts are fine thanks, just done it again myself and the number and code came up fine.
