This bank account has already been added to PayPal but wasn't successfully confirmed

I've been using Paypal for quite a while now and never had this problem, need to use it quite soon so can someone please help me out?!

I did the phone verification thing and it said it still isn't confirmed, I have no idea why., how can I confirm my bank account?

When you added your bank account did you verify it by imputting the 4 digit code they would have sent to your bank account??
