Problems adding bank

Hello,

 

I am having problems linking the bank account of the business to PayPal after the previous link disappeared after the UI update. So here's my problem:

 

I am unable to link the bank account to my profile. When trying to withdraw money from PayPal to the bank account PayPal asks for IBAN. After entering the IBAN the following error is displayed: "This bank account is already registered in your PayPal account."

 

The bank account section in "Money" tab is empty, only option is "add" and it gives the same error when trying to link an account.

 

I have sent the same description to PayPal support via email twice but haven't received any reply at all, email contact dates being 25.2. and 22.3., so I'm getting desperate. We would have multiple uses for the money that is currently stuck in PayPal so it has been doubly frustrating, especially since customer support refuses to answer at all.

Why don't you just phone them to sort it??
