Withdraw funds to not active debit card

Hello, I want to a report a problem with a payment a received from Poland a few days ago to my paypal account. 

I wanted to send the payment  to my debit card but unfortunately I sended the money by mistake

to my old debit card which is not active.

Please tell me how I can send them to my active debit card.

I'm very concerned I hope that you will help me to resolve the problem.

You can't withdraw to a card in the UK.

If you are not in the UK then you have not said what country you are in so we can't help you.

Suggest you contact customer services in your country.
