Problem With Iban From Greek Bank

Hi, my name's Dimitris and i am from greece, i want to transfer my money from my paypal account to my bank account but i have a problem with my iban. when i went to category "add or edit bank account" i wrote my new iban and after I pressed the button link bank, but i saw this message " You cannot add a bank at this time."  i want to make withdraw my funds.
i want to transfer my money from my paypal account to my bank account, not from my bank account or prepaid card to paypal.

i need help.. 😞

You can't add a bank account in your country, only a card.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

Hi I've recently moved to Greece from Australia .

I cannot change any of my account details bank address phone number etc.

please help
