Pending/converting problem

Hello,

Basically i was sent $XXX, and it was converted to £XX my paypal account, it was said that the money will be released on the 4th of March (I know i should give it time etc) but if i go onto my profile then my money it shows that my balance is £XX i received money if my paypal account last time all i done was convert it to GBP and then it worked and i could transfer it to my bank account. Although on overview is says Pending balance £XX available balance £X.XX sure what to try I'm not able to convert it or anything.

Hi there Emmal39,

It sounds to me that it will not let you convert the balance until the funds become available.

Once the money has been credited to your account, you will be able to initiate the currency conversion yourself through the Profile on your account.

Please let me know how it goes.
