Paypal profile stuck at 80%

My profile is stuck at 80%. I need to have a 100% profile to be able to purchase on bitskins.com. It would help to list what needs to be done to have a 100% profile. I recently downloaded the paypal app and donated a dollar to say I actually used it as well, still stuck at 80%. Please paypal list the exact steps to have a 100% profile.

Having a 100% profile relates to lifting all your account limits. This can include a confirmed bank account, confirmed phone and confirming your name and address on the account.

To lift the annual receiving limit you might be asked to verify your information. You'll need to review and confirm your full name, date of birth, postal address and home phone number. If you have a business account, you may be asked to verify business information rather than personal information.

To verify your account information, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2. Near the bottom left corner of the page under 'More about your account', click View your account limits.
3. Select the Receiving Limit by clicking in the box beside it.
4. Click Lift Limits.
5. Click each link remaining active to remove your receiving limits.
