POSTAGE ISSUES

hI  is anybody having issues with creating post labels  and packing slips through paypal i jkeep getting the message service is unavailable i have been trying for 3 days now and only managed to print off one label

Still not working, customer support states that we should be patient. what a joke. It isn't rocket science.

I was told it would be working today , well it isn't yet.

I can't believe it, day 3 into the problem and it's still not fixed, queued for 20 minutes in the post office yesterday and another 15 minutes at the counter.

ive been having same problems for a few days now spoke to ebay customer care they were useless kept saying i need to send them an email with screen print of problem and item numbers lol

seems to be working intermittently  managed to print off a couple at 3:30am this morning but 5 mins later some old message  not available, this is getting beyond a jike now  initial time given to me for being back up and running was 6pm Sunday !!

A recent sales transaction cost me £5 more postage than I was previously advised. What should I do to recover the extra costs from the purchase who continues to ingore my resuests
