Never used the help button before on PayPal, but have become so frustrated with trying find out how to create international postage for non-uk customers I arrived here and what a surprise, there are hundreds, if not thousands out there on the WWW all trying to find the same solution. I am stil lcoming to terms with the fact that a Blue Chip company like PayPal has not provided this facility so that non-website developers of the pro variety can integrate this into their PayPal buttons. This is the most basic of IT technology so why hasn't PayPal done this yet? Yes I can override the preferences and create individually priced buttons, we all know that, it's written there and you keep banging on about it instead of just saying “NO” you can’t do this with PayPal, international customers will pay the same as UK ones!
