Hi, I have been trying for WEEKS to get a response from PayPal customer service but they NEVER respond to my emails and I can NEVER get through on the phone. I have raised a formal complaint but have never had a response to that?? Does anyone else have these prolems when trying to get hold of PP CS? I am so frustrated with this I am at the end of my tether. Does anyone know who I can complain to about PayPal?? Many thanks.
