Can not Withdraw Funds

I do Withdraw Funds to my bank from paypal, has problem as image below, pls advice!

It appears that there is a security hold on the account, which has prevented the withdrawal attempt.

In most cases, it requires a simple identity check, which normally involves phone verification. If this is the case, it would be the easiest option to click on the blue text link illustrated in the photo, enter the withdrawal amount and then follow any verification procedure required.
