i put in the wrong email address when i made the account so i can't comfirm it. it won't let me remove it till i've confirmed it and i can't charge it till i've confired the one (which doesn't exsist)

If the email account in question does not exist. Then it should be possible for you to open up such an account in order to fetch the mail. Atleast if PayPal's mail daemon makes multiple attempts to send the confirmation email. Once you have confirmed that email then you can change email address to the correct one in your PayPal account under Profile.
If all else fails then just contact PayPal to resort this issue over the phone.
