can't change my country of residence

I just moved from the UK to Germany and I would like to change the postal address and credit card numbers but the edit screen won't allow me to change the country from UK to Germany

What do I do?

Hmmm...this might be a tad late, but apparently you can't change the country of a previous paypal account you have registered.

To use a paypal account in your new country, you have to open a new account.

So, you can either close the old account and move to the new one (especially because any e-mail you've used to create a paypal account can only be linked to one account), or you keep the old one and still open a new one.

I am American so I have two accounts because I prefer to have one for the US and one for France, but you can do whatever is convenient for you.
