visa credit card

I am trying to add a Singapore visa credit card but I can't select Singapore in the option. It will only select UK. I live in both London and Singapore at the moment. I would like to have 2 different country credit cards basically

Hi there 2011BH,

At this time, it's not possible for you to register a card that was opened in a different country that your PayPal account is registered in. I will advise however that you could try to register the card and it could be successful depending on if your card issuer in Singapore accept our request to register the card on PayPal.

When you are registering the card on your account, you should put as much of your address in Singapore as possible. You won't be able to change the country but your bank/credit card company may still permit the card to be registered on your account.
