saying my card is alrdy on another account when it is not

when i pay through paypal it goes to echeck even though the money is in the account it has my bank account but howeva does not accept my card details for my debit card and sayng it is on another account/already used ,could sumone please tell me what im dong wrong as want instant payments not E cheques

If you are advised that your card is already registered on another PayPal account, the card would be active on another PayPal account already. It is possible that you may have had an old PayPal account and this card could be registered to the other PayPal account.

You should consider trying to contact customer services directly. When you contact us, we can investigate this for you and we should be able to locate the account that your card is already registered to. If possible, we can then try to get the card removed from your account so that you can try to register the card to your current PayPal account.
