complete bank set up

Can somebody help me please. I received on 03.09.13 an email to confirm I had added my bank account.  Then 12.09.13 I was asked to complete my bank set up by entering my 4 digit code again.  the instructions say to go to profile, my money, update, confirm, set up dd, submit.  I have gone to profile, my money, clicked on my bank account and it says primary confirmed.  I cannot see anywhere to type in 4 digit codes etc.

 

Can anybody help?

If it's already confirmed, there would not be a place to enter the code.  If you completed the process successfully back in March, not sure why you received an email in to do it again.  Suggest contacting customer support and ask them to check your account to ensure it's verified. (The email may have just been a fluke.)

I am having the same problem and have just spent at least an hour trying to find Complete Bank Set up which is supposed to be on the right hand side of my account overview page!!! and nowhere to enter the 4 digit code, I am completely new to this, why is it all so confusing!!

I  wound  live  to  put  in  my  4  numbers   from  bank  account  that  you  set  up  so  i  can  still  shop  with  paypal
