cant add debit card

can anyone help. when i try to add my debit card to my account i keep getting message bank refused. i went to bank they said the card was working ok and this shoulnt be happening. i have tried to email got nowhere. help please

can anyone help paypal wont let me add my card keep telling me bank refused but been to my bank said it ok there end

Welcome to both of you to the PayPal community forum.
If you are receiving a message that your bank have declined your card being added then you will need to contact your bank. When contacting your bank please request to speak to the online authorisation department at your bank as this specific department can see any online denials that are issued. They should be able to sort it there end. Once they do you should attempt to add it again on your PayPal account.

keep trying to add my new card to paypal and it keeps coming up with:
Your credit card ending in **** could not be added because we were unable to verify your credit card billing address. This is the address where you receive billing statements for this card.
One possible problem could be that you entered a different address to the one where you receive your bills for this card. If this is the case, the solution is as easy as entering the correct billing address.
I entered the correct address where I am billed so what is the problem: I have already registered my card with the bank

because of this I cant pay for a transaction, I cant use the card I have already on paypal as it was reported lost so was blocked so I want to pay on my new card, what happened to the option of using my bank account to pay funds
