cannot verify address with card

only trying to put new card on account.

been using same address on this account for 10 or more years.

suddenly automated prog thinks I dont live here any more!!

is it unusual for uk residents to move to another european country and keep a uk bank account? I purchase from the uk and get things shipped over. I need this sorted.

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

I have an account for Spain with paypal.com and a spanish bank card.

been here for 13 years. I had a uk account with my uk card for 15 years, ie before

i moved. changed address after 2 years to this one here in Spain - no problem.

added new cards latest one 3 years ago, with this address - no problem. 

the card that expired oct 2016 on the uk account has this address  - here in spain.

must've verified the card to this address prevoiusly!

 If I cannot use my uk card I won't buy from uk - paypals loss.
